The Ray Wu Scholarship, established in 2008 by the Ray Wu Memorial Fund, is widely regarded as the most prestigious scholarship for doctoral students in the life sciences among the Chinese scientific community. It honors the legacy of Professor Ray Wu, a pioneering molecular biologist who made outstanding contributions to the training of a new generation of Chinese scientists.
Each year, around ten exceptional Ph.D. students in life sciences are selected for this award in recognition of their academic excellence, research innovation, and leadership potential.
